We will be holding a small ceremony at the ruins of the Henryton Bridge, our favorite summertime spot in the woods. Parking at the site is limited so those interested in attending should carpool from the reception location. Access to the ruins requires crossing a guardrail, and those attending should bring their own seats if they would like them. The walk to the ruins is minimal. We would recommend that those with mobility concerns only attend the reception.
We will be bringing temporary stairs to the ceremony site.
For the reception we will convene at the Gioio family home at 2301 Forest Hill Rd, Marriottsville, MD with on street and driveway parking. The dress code is very casual; please dress however you’d like, we’d only ask that you not wear all white.
In terms of food, there will be a selection of cold sub sandwiches, chicken alfredo, chicken parmesan, salad & bread, buffalo cauliflower (Vegan), artichoke dip (Vegan), and we are working on adding more menu options and will update again once we’ve confirmed them
